The Mathematics Department implements curriculum aligned with the Common Core State Standards. The department uses a variety of instructional methods to meet the needs of all learners and to develop an understanding and appreciation of mathematics, especially as it applies to vocational areas. The curriculum prepares students for both college and career readiness. We foster the application of mathematical theory within the real world and apply the standards for mathematical practice.
